Summary (mock paper)

Lukas family was worried because he had disappeared. Elias deny it. Everyone searched and called out for Lukas until dark. Aunt Gertie stay with Barta and put her to bed. Barta start making awful sounds after crying. The house became a house of death. Elias was worried about the "bigfeets" which have been tearing barks and branches and eating around in the forest. Aunt Gertie watch over Barta. Koos left to forest to tell everyone about the missing child. The constable announced that the child can no longer be alive. Whenever the news was spread through the forest, more woodcutters laid down their axes and camp to help. At the end of the eighth day, Martiens said that Lukas could no longer be alive. Elias hung his head, refusing to admit it. Seven months later, a skeleton belonging to a smallish child had been found amongst the driftwood along the Gouna River.
